Exchange Policy

While we always hope your purchase meets & exceeds your expectations, we welcome returns for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds online or in-store.

All returns must be received within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Oh Baby is not responsible for return shipping costs.

If you decide to request an exchange, please call the shop at 503-274-4190 as soon as possible so we can ensure the correct size will be in stock when we receive your return package.

Due to the nature of our products, please take care when returning items to us. Eligible returns must have all original tags attached, and must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged. Exercise caution when trying on garments and please try panties, bodysuits, and any other bottoms on over your own. Take care to limit use of body creams, fragrances, and cosmetics that may render the item ineligible for return. Oh Baby reserves the right to refuse any returns that are damaged, and ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser's expense.

If an exchange is not possible immediately once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you. Purchases made using a gift card currently need to be made over the phone. Call 503-274-4190 for more information.

Oh Baby is not responsible for return shipping costs or liable for lost exchange packages; accordingly, we recommend shipping exchange items back with tracking and insurance to ensure they arrive safely.
